aloha.
well first off i'm gonna haf to bitch about school. so on thurs. there's chapel and assembly's in the cultural centre. the time was 7:28 and i was walking to the CC from the side gate, by this time i'm already at the general office (10 metres from the CC). oh anyway i was walking with abt 70 other pple. then the whole bunch of us got detained for walking too slowly to the CC. great idea from this GREAT woman. thanks alot. we all wouldve been on time.
we were made to stand for an HOUR. all the time there, the latecomers were sitting down for half an hr. where's the damn logic here? none. SAJC. sigh. the sports people had it worse tho. shan't go into it.
well moving on. yesterday guitar ensemb performed during the CNY concert. we played "yesterday" (: and some classical piece. i left darren without a footstool and music stand during the first performance, and he left me chairless for the 2nd. talk about payback. well it was embarrasing to search for a chair out on stage. the backstage people were still slacking. "OH SHIT" was their timely response. and there i was wanting to dig a hole for my head. great.
that aside, i think our performance was alright. some mistakes here and there, who cares. i just want to think the past 2 weeks of practice wasn't for nothing. bleh.
wanted to go back to VS. but time and people disallowed it. =( the movie plan was a bust as well. not much people responded well. so hope to meet you guys soon. (: victoria. <3

aloha.
well my saturday this week was a little diff from all others. aside from the fact tt i had managed to wake up at 1 pm instead of 3 pm, i went out with my mum for lunch. time to be amazed.
ok. mother wanted me to cut my hair so sunday wouldnt be so packed. but i couldnt, just couldnt. it's like i feel weird not cutting on sunday. well maybe its me. so i went to get it trimmed today. bought some wax along the way.
my saturday also consisted of studying (mainly hmwk). and it NEVER EVER consisted of studying b4. since i know ill have no time to do it for the whole of next week, i tried to do it on sat. and i found out, that i dont know how to do. great. vectors is like bermuda triangle now. sighs.

aloha.
sigh i've been quite busy lately. tutorials/remedials/guitar pracs a plenty. i guess everyone's going thru this.
the frequency of guitar pracs suddenly jumped to a all time high - everyday of the week. i'm beat. my afternoon is taken up by guitar and my nights are eaten up by tutorials. busy busy busy. i hope we do well for the CNY performance at least, or i'll plunge my head into the earth and die. sigh.
i'm SL for gutar 1 now!!! this caught me off guard. i was like wow when i heard it. i mean what a siao rationale mistake choice to pick a victorian/slacker responsible person like me to be SL. well at least my testimonial will have something to write about.
backtracking to yesterday. SAJC had a compulsory GP movie screened for j2s in vivoshitty. "An Inconvenient Truth". it was soo boring. i paid 6 bucks to attend a damn POWERPOINT presentation. NEVER EVER watch that, unless you can afford 6 bucks for a near 2 hr nap. only reason why i stayed awake was because of the food. (: we bought bread/currypuffs/bottled drinks/chips/candy. picnic time!
girls are guai and guys are wild --- my conclusion after 1 yr in SA, but mostly from today.
sigh.
